Shipping policy

DBC tries to use as many eco-friendly shipping materials as possible while also shipping safely and securely. Please reuse or recycle your packaging.

If your package has been damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damaged product, as well as the packaging. All shipping methods- aside from standard and first-class -are automatically insured so that if your product is damaged in shipping, the postal carrier will cover the damages and I can send you a replacement or refund.

Your shipment will be sent out in 1-2 business days. Please contact me directly if you have any special needs or if you live local to Portland, OR and would like to have your shipping fee refunded and opt in for delivery.
